Class overview

All classes are mixed and designed to accommodate everyone from their first visit to experienced boxers honing their skills.


For a beginner, when you arrive you will be shown the facilities by one of the coaches, asked about any medical conditions that may be relevant to the activities undertaken throughout the class, help you with your boxing wraps and then after a brief warm-up you will be shown the stance, guard and striking basics before we move onto technique work as you progress.

If you are an experienced boxer, you will follow the class schedule led by another coach. The activities range across circuit training, sparring, technical drills, correcting technique, skipping, running, cardio exercises, games and more. Each coach has their own style and specialities, so expect a different class each time.

At the end of each session, there will be a warm down and stretch to help with your aching muscles for the following morning!
